Pension Plan Management

We are considering adding a feature to the Benefits module in Metarelic People to allow businesses to manage any pension plan, including the Government of Grenada’s public sector pension plan and other employer-specific pension schemes. This feature would streamline pension plan configuration, automate deductions, and ensure compliance for all businesses offering a pension plan to their employees.

1. Pension Plan Configuration: Enable organizations to configure their pension plans, including employee and employer contribution rates, eligibility criteria, and plan specifics (e.g., Government of Grenada pension or other private employer schemes).

2. Automated Pension Deductions: Automatically calculate pension deductions based on the configured plan and apply them to employee payroll.

3. Employer Contribution Tracking: Track and report employer contributions to pension plans to ensure compliance with both company policies and government regulations.

4. Compliance Reporting: Generate detailed reports on pension contributions and employee balances for easy tracking, compliance checks, and audits.
