Include Deduction Notes on Payslips

This feature would allow any notes added to deductions in the system to also appear on the employee’s payslip. This would give employees clearer context for why a deduction was made, especially in cases where the deduction is specific, one-off, or may not be immediately obvious from the deduction label alone.
